Elena was FABULOUS. I was looking for a house in a specific neighborhood that rarely has houses ever come on the market--and when they do, bidding wars are typical. She stayed on top of it and found my new house before it even hit the market--then negotiated a price that we were very happy with. Elena goes the extra mile--she even took out the trash that the seller's agent had not had removed! Communication is excellent--every text, email and phone call was answered promptly and she worked very hard to make sure I understood that no question or concern was unimportant or silly which I especially appreciated since I am a super detail oriented person. Her warm personality and great sense of humor made what could have been an arduous process very enjoyable. Would ABSOLUTELY use her again and highly recommend her--hoping to have her sell a different property for me before long. She sold my former neighbor's house in 2021 and I watched Elena go above and beyond for her--even spreading mulch and touching up the paint on the mailbox. I thought that was overkill at first--but then saw her get top dollar for my neighbor.
