Larry is a full-time realtor dedicated to helping clients achieve their goal of homeownership. He will
provide the personal attention traditionally associated with the client-agent relationship with a
professionalism and consistency of a thoughtful business model. He recognizes and values the trust his
clients place in him and strives daily to exceed their expectations by being a good listener,
communicator, paying attention to detail and taking a vested interest in each client.

Prior to real estate, Larry spent the past 20 years as a College Athletic Director, high school Dean of
Students, Faculty, and state high school Sports Commissioner. He was fortunate to have received a full
academic and athletic scholarship while earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education from
Azusa Pacific University. He was a five-time academic All-American in Track and Field as a collegiate
hammer thrower, was part of the NAIA National Championship Team, and was a 1996 Olympic Trials
Qualifier in the hammer throw. He received his Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from California
State University, Fullerton.

Larry has been married for 27 years, has a beautiful daughter in college, loves to walk his 125lb golden
retriever, and resides in Alexandria. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling and is an
avid collector of Big Little Books and children’s toys from the 1930’s- 1940’s.
