I've known Jewell for over 20 years, having worked with her at two different companies. I selected her to list my condo in Tysons because I knew I could trust her. This grew in importance because I had already bought a new home and had moved over 400 miles away. What I hadn't considered was how much I needed to rely on her for tasks a local seller would normally perform (admitting repair people, inspectors, appraisers, etc.) Adding to her burden is that my former home is about 20 miles from her office and she made multiple trips to help me out (she even retrieved a pile of mail and sent me a picture I forgot to pack). I could tell Jewell really enjoys being a REALTOR and is committed to excellent customer service. Lots of people like to promise excellent customer service, but Jewell is that rare person who actually delivers on that promise.

Elena was FABULOUS. I was looking for a house in a specific neighborhood that rarely has houses ever come on the market--and when they do, bidding wars are typical. She stayed on top of it and found my new house before it even hit the market--then negotiated a price that we were very happy with. Elena goes the extra mile--she even took out the trash that the seller's agent had not had removed! Communication is excellent--every text, email and phone call was answered promptly and she worked very hard to make sure I understood that no question or concern was unimportant or silly which I especially appreciated since I am a super detail oriented person. Her warm personality and great sense of humor made what could have been an arduous process very enjoyable. Would ABSOLUTELY use her again and highly recommend her--hoping to have her sell a different property for me before long. Elena is one of the best agents in the Northern Virginia region. Thus far, she has represented me as a buyer and seller agent, and she has always delivered the utmost professional representation. Moreover, during the transactions, I always felt that she had my best interest at heart. I completed a small renovation project, and she was enormously helpful in referring to reliable contractors. During the renovation, she contributed by making multiple runs to the store to ensure that we met the deadline. My husband and I were impressed with the expertise with which Meghan handled the buying and selling of our properties. My husband wanted someone willing to go above and beyond in terms of availability and identifying any major home defects. I really wanted someone with neighborhood knowledge and negotiation skills. There's no replacement for experience in the latter; and Meg delivered on all counts! We put an offer on a home for which there was at least one other offer. Thanks to Meg's scrappiness (and her thinking outside the box), our offer was accepted, though it was not the highest; and we closed a mere 3 weeks later WITH some home inspection credits. Additionally, Meghan placed our condo on the market. We had an offer less than a week later -- one day after the open house -- even though several of the condos in our neighborhood were moving slowly. We had zero months of double mortgage payments!
